Here's a picture of Rick III at Antioch Speedway way back in 1980. He ran in the old full bodied sportsman divsion. He didn't return to circle track racing till 1996. Most of the time in between he was into racing drag cars.
Here's a picture of Rick IV taken during one of his runs this year (1999). Rick & Ricky shared driving duties with Rick winning 2 mains and Ricky finishing in the top 10 the 4 times he ran with his highest finish a 5th place !
Here Rick battles with the late Darryl Shirk in what turned out to be Darryl's last main event win. It was well deserved as the 2 drivers went back and forth the whole race. Rick ended up 2nd as it was Darryl's nite.
Ricky gettin muddy during hotlaps. He got the chance to drive because of the effort he puts out in school though out the year.
This picture tells more of a story than one may think. The 0k car will become the 3 car for next year as Brophy Racing has purchased it. Rick, Ricky, and friend and crewman Mike Stoffan have already begun to get things ready for the 2000 season.
